About me… and my HR passion. I have been in the field for quite some time, eight years, working in the corporate world. I started my professional life as a teacher and an entrepreneur and after ending up in a new country, new city and a new job, I started being exposed to the HR field in a place that most people think HR is all about… a recruitment agency. And from there, I decided to take my newly discovered interest even further, educate myself, learn the jargon, discover what else HR is all about, become one of them (CHRP) and so on.

This blog is my new exploring adventure, a way of logging my thoughts, my experiences, my findings, my reads, my interests. I like simplicity, straight conversation, down to earth approaches. So this blog will be all of that.

My goal is also to meet with fellow HR folks, to interview them and bring forward real HR experiences, career stories that I hope someone (beside myself) will benefit from.
